Lizeth is a manager at Frazer’s audit department. Lizeth graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Lizeth is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Lizeth began her accounting career in 2018. Lizeth has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, professional services, technology, manufacturing, employee benefit plans, life sciences, and distribution. Lizeth has experience with audits and reviews for both in the publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Lizeth also has experience dealing with SEC 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including SEC comments letters and SEC reporting requirements.
Lizeth enjoys reading books, watching movies, and playing video games. Lizeth is an avid dog lover and has a few of her own.
