Scott Rose has over 25 years of experience with a wide variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, real estate, construction, professional services, technology, healthcare, employee benefit plans and manufacturing. Scott’s clients have included publicly-traded and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to mid-size corporations. Scott has experience with the Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, reverse mergers, SEC comment letters, and periodic SEC reporting requirements.  Scott has experience with complex debt and equity transactions, business combinations, stock-based compensation, and employee benefit plans.  Over his career Scott has worked on several international clients and understands the differences between US GAAP and IFRS, including complex consolidations.  Scott started in public accounting with the CPA firm named Corbin & Wertz, later named KMJ Corbin & Company. 

Scott regularly speaks to accounting students at Fullerton College and enjoys introducing the students to the many options they have in the accounting profession.
